A: No! There is no registration required for warranty use. Please keep a note of your order number or a photo of your invoice
Q: How do I have my Kamisori Shears Sharpened?
A: We have many Authorized Sharpeners in the US and Canada. Our sharpening service fee can be found on our website here: https://kamisorishears.com/scissor-care-sharpening/ Please ensure that a service fee is purchased for each pair of shears sent.
Q: My shears are bending hair, what do I do?
A: If your shears were purchased within the past year, you can certainly use your 1 year damage warranty! If your shears were purchased more than a year ago, we would recommend having them sharpened (Please see question above or info).
Q: I dropped my shears, can you help?
A: If you would like to use your 1 year drop warranty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number or a photo of your invoice so that we can help you further.
Q: Do you offer special discounts to licensed professional hairdressers or students?
A: We offer many flash sales and promotions throughout the year! Please follow our social media and subscribe to receive emails so that you are notified of the next promotion available.
Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: We ship to most countries around the world that are accessible to DHL and UPS! Shipping fees may vary.
Q: I received the wrong item! What do I do?
A: Please email us immediately at email@example.com with a few photos for documentation purposes. Please send a photo of the packaging that the items arrived in, a photo of the item itself in its case, and a few photos clearly showing the size on the back of the shears. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
Q: Who covers shipping for warranty purposes?
A: Kamisori does not cover the shipping fees for any warranty purposes other than if our customer had received the wrong item. This means that all shipping and handling for our 1 year damage warranty, 15 day satisfaction warranty, etc. must be paid for by the customer.
