  • Due to limitations by DHL and UPS, we only accept shipments to a valid street address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Rural Route Addresses, and some military bases.

  • We are pleased to announce that Kamisori will cover any customs fees that are accrued during international shipping to you.
Yes! To activate your warranties, you must register your product with us within 30-days of purchase.
If you reside in USA or Canada you can purchase a sharpening package from our website and send your shears to the sharpener that is closest to you. Our sharpening service can be found on our website. If you are anywhere else in the world you can send it to the sharpener of your choice. We recommend that you find one that has a minimum of 10 years of experience so they do not damage your shears.
We ship to most countries around the world that are accessible to DHL and UPS! Shipping fees may vary.
Please email us immediately at support@kamisorishears.com with a few photos for documentation purposes. Please send a photo of the packaging that the items arrived in, a photo of the item itself in its case, and a few photos clearly showing the size on the back of the shears. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
Kamisori does not cover the shipping fees for any warranty purposes other than if our customer had received the wrong item. This means that all shipping and handling for our lifetime warranty & 15 day satisfaction warranty must be paid for by the customer.
Any damage noticed on packaging or product must be reported to us within 24 hours.  Send an email to support@kamisorishears.com, including your order number, photos, and a description of the damage. 

Any noticed damage to the outside packaging must be reported to the delivery courier at the time of delivery and noted in their system.
If you created an account on our Kamisori website prior to August 15th, 2022, you will need to create your account again as we have launched a brand new website. If you require assistance with information regarding your previous order you can email support@kamisorishears.com
